Life on a broken wheel

Quote

Tires break. They exhaust, they travel distance and they get ruined.

By listening, by feeling by understanding we will stop our engine and check our tires. If one is broken we fix it or maybe change it to a new one.

In life, our soul is the engine, our wheels are our choices in life; career, love, family, friends… Being aware, is being able to listen to our inner soul.
In usual cases, we keep going, we break our tires and we hurt both our body and soul. The more we run over our broken wheel, the deeper we scratch and ache.

It is a challenge to completely stop when we think we are on our way, but life on a broken wheel will only break us apart.

So I choose to listen to myself carefully and to stop completely when I feel my wheel might be broken. I stop and take a look, rest to fix or change my broken wheel. I choose to see the challenge as a reviving opportunity. A new tire, a new way, and stronger way.

Walk the River

Tevere – River.

There is nothing more beautiful than to walk around a river, specially if it was surrounded by authentic architecture.

Just take a walk, discover what is new, spend a full day on your feet walking around from district to district, street to street and enjoy your findings.

The tevere (also known as tiber) is the 3rd longest river in Italy and it is located in Rome.

Enjoy your walk and check our my photo diary of the Tevere by clicking on the following picture.

Stumbles in life.

Life is about stumbling.

We stumble on our way, even when we set a goal, or we are focused, know our way, or have a target. We stumble everyday; we meet people we never ask for, we reach places never thought of, we get ideas we never expected, we reach new horizons we never explored. How we view stumbling can be annoying, a slow down, or a waste of time, but can also be viewed to be a beautiful surprise, a bound experience, a lucky meet, and a choice to open our arms and welcome it even if it is not great.

If we give our stumbles a wide eye, an open heart, a listening ear, we might find ourselves only reaching closer to the truth, to our inner soul, to what we truly want. The choices, the goals, the questions we set in life are all based on experience, and projections we have built throughout our life. Sometimes they are what we truly want, and sometimes they turn to be not.

Stumbling can be our assurance to where we are heading, or can be our transformation of our decisions in life. It will either show us a new road, a new drive into our soul, or it will guarantee to us that where we want to reach or plan to achieve is truly what we want and who we truly are to be.

So let us look forward to stumble, upon the good and the bad while we are heading somewhere, and let us view the stumbles as a reassurance, a motivational test and view it as part of the secretes of life.

Enjoy Stumbling.

Vatican Photo Diary

Vatican City.

My diary and short intro and information on Vaticano is now published in the link attached or if you click on the picture below.

Vatican City was a great experience for me, the place is ravishing; the energy, the people, the architecture, the art, the atmosphere, the interior, the exterior, it defiantly resembles power. I took many pictures while I was visiting and selected a few that I wanted to share.

I hope you check my page and leave me your comments.

Live Today

Stop thinking about where you could be and what you could be doing and focus on where you are now and what you can do today.
Tomorrow is never today and today is never tomorrow; what you have now you might never have again.

So focus and count your daily blessings, take advantage of the now and do what you can do with an open heart and plan your tomorrow’s without the worries of wasting your time because dwelling on what you could be doing is a waste of your present time.

Present is a true gift. Open it, enjoy it and live every single moment of it.

Have a wonderful Friday 🙂

15 Areas to visit when in Rome

Rome – Italy.

people at the spanish steps via condotti rome while i was in my travel research and discovery

Few days ago, I released a page on Rome under my Travel section.

It was very hard for me to decide on the layout and design for the post since I have spent around a month in Rome & I have researched the best of the city, and the best of it is many.

Therefore I decided to change the way I write my pages & instead of having too many photos &  information in one page, I have decided to divide them into pages.

My first page is released & it is the summary of the 15 best areas to visit in Rome (that I found & know of) if you have been & think I have missed an area then please do not hesitate adding it in the “comment tab” & hopefully I will check it out in my next visit.

As for the ones traveling to Rome; well this page should be very helpful, but stay tuned for the upcoming pages that will include more details on where I recommend going in each area & what to do.

Life is a miracle.
Until today, There are so many questions that remain unsolved.
Life is like that:
Things work without us knowing how they worked, and things stop without us knowing why they stopped.
Learning to let go is learning to enjoy watching your life fall into pieces and fall into place, over and over and over again.
When hardship is over visiting your life; fight it, when it’s winning, surrender. If you don’t surrender you will fall into agony.
If you can’t surrender, then let it take over and do what it is present for.
Accept its presence. Welcome it and get to know it, give it a chance to show you what it is present for, understand what results it is trying to make. Give that change a chance and learn about it, look at your life as a transformation period from level 9 to level 10. If you don’t; you will always live agonizing instead of accepting your life. We only value the changes in our life, once we lose them to a new change.
Open your arms to whatever comes your way even if it isn’t what you truly wanted.
And when it is what you want and it is working out, you know deep down that the wind of change is present and is helping your life break into pieces and fall into place. That wind of change is the same one changing your life in hardship times.

Give it a chance; because the chance you’re giving, you’re only giving to yourself.

A night in Wadi Rum

I published a page few days ago about my night in Wadi Rum. It is not my first time there but it sure is my first night. And this is just the beginning for me for I have found gems in the desert that night.

Wadi Rum is a desert in Jordan with several available camps that you can sleep in for a very low price. The camps are clean, neat and safe “as far as I have experienced & heard”.

You need to have a sleeping bag “if you wish to sleep under the starlight & not inside your tent” you also need to have a “Hygienic Kit” and some “tissue paper” for if it is needed.

As for what can be done at the desert… It is countless but I will count a few that I have done in the 2 days I spent there:
1. Camp 2. Hike 3. Mountain Climb 4. Slide on Sand 5. Drink Bedouin Tea 6. Eat Bedouin Food “delicious to a certain extent” 7. Star Gaze 8. Meditate 9. Visit Bedouin Tents 10. Ride Camel 11. Fly on a Hot air balloon “that I actually didn’t do yet” 12. Watch the Sunset in the Middle of Desert until the Desert is only lit by the Moon & Star Lights 13. Watch the Sunrise 14. Drive inside the Desert “You will need a 4by4” 15. Meet Bedouins & listen to their Desert Stories 16. Build a Fire at Night & Drink more Tea 17. Walk BareFoot while it’s Day Light.
