We live in a world of today to learn about living the moment. Without patience, living any moment will be very difficult. Our heart & mind are both always yearning for what is there yet to come that we miss all the golden moments of the present. This yearning disables our patience & creates a deformation to live with enjoyment. For we can not control the future, we can not predict or create what is there yet to come, we for sure can lead, inspire, attract or drive to a certain future place but we can not guarantee the outcome, therefore our enjoyment is only based on what we imagine can be happiness, but we are never certain of it. As for patience; it is an act of learning to live the now, this very moment of the now, the process of our formation, the drive through the destination, the causes of the outcome, patience teaches us to enjoy the very present moment before enjoying the future that will sooner or latter be also a present moment. Patience is happiness if we only practice it the right way, if we understand that the feeling of being patient is not about having to sit and wait in despair but instead it is to sit in the moment and enjoy the very present process of our life. Be patient, learn to enjoy patience, it is a way to enjoy life. Have a blessed and wonderful Monday.

I am so grateful, for God has granted me a beautiful gift in my life: Two beautiful sisters, hopefully girlfriends for life, and moments to remember forever since we are living under the same roof.
Making the best out of what we have today is also a given gift that we can either use or throw away. So my advice is to open our eyes, open our heart and cherish the moments with those who surround us daily for they are there today & they are there around us for a reason. Leave sparkles in their life, and make our life with them memorable & worthy. Parents, Sisters, friends, brothers, colleagues or just anyone who our life is crossing theirs for a while, it’s an opportunity, a cause; let us make it worthy. #positiveliving
Today I decided to enjoy the moments between the big moments. Every once in a while you need to stand up and look at your achievements and give your self the credit you deserve. Celebrate a little, you deserve to cherish yourself and treat yourself with the self-awareness you ought to have. Life is not a big splash of major events to happen everyday in your life. Without the logging between the events you will never experience growth. So grasp this moment because you have it and it deserves your awareness and love for without it, how will you get to your next big thing ? Love your being, love the moment when you are still wondering if this is your true purpose or is there something yet bigger, and yes if you want something bigger or better or simpler or different then be hopeful for your being hasn’t stopped growing. As long as your being is still thirsty to fulfill its curiosity then you still have space to grow even more. Trust this life for it has already given you gifts and showed you its miracles, trust that with your constant positive thoughts and striving you will still experience more. Meanwhile, praise and be kind to yourself for you are still alive.
Looking at my Facebook news feed everyday, seeing the world as it is today, it only brings sadness into my heart. I wish each one of us feel responsible to spread love around our circles. Remind those around us that without love compassion and empathy we can no longer go on in this world without the feeling of tranquility & peace. Since it might be the toughest time on us “specially” in the Middle-East, it is the best time for us to care for one another, be there for each other and learn to be patient and stay positive.
My heart goes out to every child that have witnessed or is witnessing anything like what is happening in #Gaza ! I pray for them to be protected mentally, physically and spiritually. They are the true victims; loosing precious members of their family, friends, homes, toys and dreams before even understanding evil’s existence in today’s world. But with our positive energy, with our love, with being there together, we can help make it easier, make their dreams come back in different forms, and most importantly help to keep the good and the love spreading in the world of today.
Let us all remember a thing called LOVE and let us work together to spread more of it and make it grow in the hearts of the world.

Tires break. They exhaust, they travel distance and they get ruined.
By listening, by feeling by understanding we will stop our engine and check our tires. If one is broken we fix it or maybe change it to a new one.
In life, our soul is the engine, our wheels are our choices in life; career, love, family, friends… Being aware, is being able to listen to our inner soul.
In usual cases, we keep going, we break our tires and we hurt both our body and soul. The more we run over our broken wheel, the deeper we scratch and ache.
It is a challenge to completely stop when we think we are on our way, but life on a broken wheel will only break us apart.
So I choose to listen to myself carefully and to stop completely when I feel my wheel might be broken. I stop and take a look, rest to fix or change my broken wheel. I choose to see the challenge as a reviving opportunity. A new tire, a new way, and stronger way.
A life on a stronger wheel.
